What Co-Build actually costs.

The annual fee buys capacity and is credited back. The production fee repays the build we funded — only once something is manufactured.

Year one
Up to 12%

of the factory PO value of each batch. Charged on what it costs to make, not on what you sell it for.

From year two
5%

of factory PO value. The rate falls once the build has largely repaid itself.

Floor per batch
₹25,000

A minimum per batch so very small runs still cover the support that goes with them.

Recovery, exit and the small print

Three things worth being clear about

  • The fee is never on your retail sales. It is charged on the factory PO value of a batch — a much smaller base — and it is not a royalty on what you sell.
  • If a product never reaches production, Bettrlabs absorbs the build. Lab work, supplier qualification and pilot runs on an approved product sit on our books, not yours.
  • Once the recovery target is met, nothing is owed. No handover fee, no settlement. And if a build fails for technical reasons that are ours, the recovery obligation is zero.

Exit before the recovery target is met and you settle the milestone-earned share, less everything already repaid. You can also take the file and walk at any point — ask us for the buy-out position on a specific product.
